Carter Scrimshaw, CPA, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Saint John’s University in 2019. Following his time at Saint John’s, Carter spent five years with a Big Four public accounting firm in Minneapolis before joining RTO in 2024. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA).

Carter and his wife Haley both enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. Carter has a passion for the outdoors, enjoying activities like hunting and golfing. He also is a lacrosse coach at Saint John’s University.
