Kyle Bednar, CPA received his Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth, Duluth, MN in 2010. After 4 years with a Big Four public accounting firm in Minneapolis, Kyle moved back to the area and joined the firm in 2014. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA).

Kyle has years of experience in corporate, partnership, and individual taxes. He is also the firm's specialist regarding estate and trust compliance. He especially enjoys being a trusted advisor for small businesses and assisting with all their accounting, tax planning, and consulting needs.

Kyle and his wife Samantha have four children and stay busy attending all their events. They both enjoy spending time with family and friends.  Kyle especially enjoys spending time outdoors while hunting, fishing, or camping. He is a member of the Pierz Commercial Club and an active volunteer with Junior Achievement of Morrison County, his children’s school, and his church.
