Kyle Bednar, CPA received his Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth, Duluth, MN in 2010. After 4 years with a Big Four public accounting firm in Minneapolis, Kyle moved back to the area and joined the firm in 2014. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA).

Kyle has years of experience in corporate, partnership, and individual taxes. He is also the firm's specialist regarding estate and trust compliance. He especially enjoys being a trusted advisor for small businesses and assisting with all their accounting, tax planning, and consulting needs. 

Kyle and his wife Samantha have been married since 2013 and have 3 children. They both enjoy spending time with family and friends. Kyle especially enjoys spending time outdoors including hunting, fishing, and camping. He is a member on the Pierz City Council and active volunteer with Junior Achievement of Morrison County and the church he belongs to.
