Roxanne Thompson, CPA, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, MN in 1998. After 6 years with a regional public accounting firm and 4 years as the controller for a multi-state family owned business, Roxanne joined the firm in 2008. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA).

Roxanne especially enjoys working with small businesses and focusing on their accounting needs, tax planning, and consulting/mentoring business owners.

Roxanne has two grown daughters, two bonus children and four grandchildren. She and husband, Jim Molitor, enjoy being grandparents, music, and road trips. Rocky, her nickname for as long as she can remember, is involved with the Swanville Dollars for Scholars Chapter, and was recognized as the 2018 National Volunteer of the year for Scholarship America.

She sits on the Central Lakes College Accounting Dept Advisory Board and on the Board of Directors of CHI St Gabriels Health.
